1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using CryptoEdge Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

CryptoEdge Pro is a desktop application that provides:

• Trading analysis tools powered by AI
• Connection to cryptocurrency exchanges via your own API keys
• Manual, Semi-Automatic, and Automatic trading modes
• Portfolio tracking and analytics

The Software is a tool only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guaranteed returns.

3. License Grant

3.1 License Type

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on devices you own or control.

3.2 License Tiers

• Founder Edition (€199): Single user, unlimited devices, lifetime updates
• Professional (€299): Single user, unlimited devices, lifetime updates, priority support
• Enterprise (€499): Up to 5 users, unlimited devices, lifetime updates, priority support, custom features

3.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Software
• Remove or modify copyright notices
• Use the Software for illegal activities
• Share your license key with others

4. No Financial Advice

CryptoEdge Pro is NOT a financial advisor. The Software:

• Does not provide personalized investment advice
• Does not guarantee profits or prevent losses
• Does not operate as a licensed financial service
• Should be used for educational and analytical purposes only

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Consult with a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

5. Your Responsibilities

5.1 API Keys & Security

• You must provide your own exchange API keys
• You are responsible for securing your API keys and master password
• Enable IP whitelisting and trading-only permissions on your exchange
• Never share your credentials with anyone

5.2 Trading Risks

• You understand cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile
• You accept the risk of partial or total loss of capital
• You will not trade with money you cannot afford to lose
• You are responsible for compliance with local laws and taxes

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of AI analysis or trading signals
• Profitability or performance
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all exchanges or systems
• Data security (though we implement industry-standard encryption)

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are NOT liable for any trading losses, damages, or financial harm
• We are NOT liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software
• We are NOT responsible for exchange outages, API changes, or market events

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Digital Products

Under EU law (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), digital content has no right of withdrawal once delivered. By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day withdrawal right.

8.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Technical defects preventing Software use (must be reported within 7 days)
• Duplicate purchases
• Fraudulent transactions

9. Updates & Support

9.1 Software Updates

• All licenses include free lifetime updates
• Updates are optional but recommended for security and features
• We may discontinue updates at any time without notice

9.2 Customer Support

• Professional & Enterprise: Priority support (24-48h response time)
• Founder Edition: Standard support (3-5 days response time)

10. Data & Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details. Key points:

• Your API keys are stored locally on your device only (AES-256 encrypted)
• We do NOT have access to your trading accounts or funds
• We do NOT collect or sell your personal trading data
• License validation requires only your license key (no personal data)

11. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Software for:

• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Market manipulation or pump-and-dump schemes
• Violating exchange terms of service
• Automated account creation or API abuse
• Any activity violating local laws

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse support services or harass staff

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

13. Third-Party Services

The Software integrates with:

• Cryptocurrency Exchanges: Binance, etc. (subject to their own terms)
• AI Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic (you provide your own API keys)

We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policies of third-party services.

14. Intellectual Property

CryptoEdge Pro, including all code, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by DynamicDeals24 and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced via email or in-app notification.

18. Severability
